Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued unless the camps are closed by the council.  Refunds will be granted if a written cancellation request is received or postmarked 10 business days prior to the date of the reservation. A $10.00 fee will be forfeited.  If cancellation is sent less than 10 business days prior to the date of the reservation, NO REFUND will be issued.

Non Scout Organizations must provide a certificate of liability insurance in the amount of $2,000,000 with the BSA as certificate holder.
